Downey Library announces return of Beyond the Book Festival

The Downey City Library’s annual Beyond the Book Festival is returning Saturday, Sept. 21, organizers announced Monday.

The free festival features live performances, workshops, author panels, food trucks, and more. More details will be announced in the coming months.
