Who we are
The District @ Downey is Downtown Downey’s vibrant, pedestrian-friendly shopping, dining and business community. With restaurants, bars, a major hotel, bakeries, stores, services and more, the District @ Downey welcomes residents and beyond to come live, work and and experience this dynamic place with us!
What we do
To improve the individual parcels, attract new customers to the businesses, increase sales, increase occupancies and enhance the benefitting individual parcels within the downtown Downey community benefit district.
How we started
The Downtown Downey Community Benefit District -was formed by Downtown Downey property owners in 2018 to promote Downtown businesses, plan engaging community activities and market the district to Downey residents and beyond. Downtown Downey Improvement Association (DDIA), is a public benefit non-profit corporation serves as the administrator of the Downtown Downey Community Benefit District (CBD).
