Artists are being sought to participate in a group art show at the Downey Pride Festival scheduled for Saturday, Aug. 26, in Downtown Downey.
To be eligible, art must reflect at least one of the following categories: Love, Inclusion, Respect, Empathy, Self-Love, Identity, Lifestyle, Diversity, Hearts and Rainbows.
Submit artwork to Andrew Hernandez (andrewh@downeyarts.org). Students should submit their artwork to Eloisa Ball (ej@downeyarts.org).
The deadline to apply is Aug. 20 at 6 pm.
